What to do to correct dog agression to other dogs?

I certainly do appreciate all of the comments! I have experienced and see Baby Girl in many of them. This is the real strength of this forum: a variety of thoughtful opinions. I'll read and re-read and keep this thread informed of what I decide to do. Till then, I will continue to invite responses to responses and new responses.
