Very interesting. Also wonder if it refers to transit animals. My dog doesn't have a license. Not required outside city limits in WY because it is a farm animal. I do carry all med papers with us on trips but never been asked for them.
Note to person wanting to stay at Palms. Isn't that on 4th St. South of Yuma? If so wouldn't stay in that area. Better area & rv parks are east of Yuma about 8 miles near the big Walmart. We stayed south of Yuma on 4th st. Think Palms was across the st. High tfc noise, aircraft noise and basically trailer parks with a few rv spots. We wouldn't stay in that area again. JMHO
