We've been traveling today so I have not kept up...
We've never been you Yuma, but never been asked at any campground.
We have frequently been asked to email or fax rabies records from the hospital, never a problem.
Re quarantine with import or bites, it depends on local/federal laws. In Indiana if there is not a current rabies vaccination, the quarantine CANNOT be at home, has to be at an authorized facility and many import regulations are the same.
I think all the necessary information has been shared, so to keep this from any further snarky back and forth, I'm going to close it.
