the text message sent by Verizon to the jetpack owners had a different phone number for them to call. The regular reps don't know about the special offer to Millenicom users. The only info I could find on it is the same phone number you've already tried...

Basically... at first everyone that called that number got the deal but they got swamped is what I'm thinking... and the other cust. serv reps did not all know about the deal. Denied it existed even. It was necessary to ask to speak to someone else about it. Sometimes the person was put on hold and the CSR came back on "better informed".
$89.00/month for 20GB ... with a contract ... $8/GB for overages should be what is offered but there are people saying they were quoted different amounts on the overages ... others saying they could not get the $99/month deal no matter what. I guess it all depends on who you get and how much YOU KNOW before you go to make the call to them.
