I really enjoy some of the "old fashioned" method of communications like "talking". Especially when it involves sharing 12oz containers of cold adult beverages.

That's the problem with Facebook that people don't know about. Anybody can and does read your private messages, no privacy. Even the police read it because stupid crooks like to brag about what they did our whom they shot and get caught!

When I have a problem with a product I always go to "contact us" page and send them an E mail or call but that usually ends up in INDIA!

Well this just happened,had a problem, went to the "contact page" which brought up a E Mail form. I filled it out with my problem and sent it.
10 days later having not heard back I mentioned it to my daughter.

Her response to me was" Do they have a Facebook Page?" Well they do and she copied my Email and said that she had tried to contact them with an E mail when that failed she thought that a post to Facebook might be in order.

Within 12 minutes there was a reply apologizing for their lack of response and an offer to make it right and throw in some extra stuff..... which I gladly accepted.
I guess that I'm gonna have to get one of those.:B hahaha.

Companies that post public email addresses often don't reply. When an email address is made public it's instantly spammed with 1000's of junk emails a day. Your email gets lost in all of it. For this reason Facebook may reach someone easier than an email.
