Bottom left search box. Type "device drivers", look at the page of hardware on your open page. Scroll down to the USB device and right click. The pop up will show a couple of options to try. One is to search for new hardware but the first one should be to update your drivers. That alone may do the trick. Be sure to do a reboot after that.
