You may not have known the answer, BUT you made it possible for me to FIND the right answer.
I had looked at the PDF manual on-line, but I just scanned over it. It wasn't until I downloaded the PDF at the link that you sent and really READ it, that I figured out what to do.
On page 42, the manual states that all Over-The-Air AND CABLE channels are scanned under the ANTENNA TV button.
WHO KNEW that you had to go to the O-T-A Antenna to get Cable???
Anyway, I already had Netflix, Amazon Prime and a couple of other streaming channels locked in and scanned for channels again and now EVERYTHING works!!!
Thanks again for the PDF. I have saved it to my laptop AND my phone so I'll have it when I need it again.
