There's only one version of Copilot that is specifically made for RVs. It's called Copilot RV and sells for somewhere around $50 depending on what sales exist. The car version of Copilot does have a RV profile option in it but it doesn't do much. Specifically, the RV profile in the car app only has height restricted routing in it and even that can only be selected between two fixed choices 12'-6" and 13'-6".
The actual Copilot RV app has full RV restricted routing including height (custom entry), width, length, weight and propane restrictions.
Waze is a fine app but it knows nothing about RV routing, doesn't do offline maps, and doesn't have real PND features like route planning, stopovers, etc.
