Well. as to the bandwidth at Denny's. That is by actual measurement using the Ookal Speed Test app on the phone. If you want the actual "Results" 4441.1 KBps down 1587.5 UP 11mS ping Copied straight off the phone.
And .. as for the Radar thing.. All I can tell you is what is printed in the manual. I'm trying to find a download link but those are rare on HP's web site.
I was unable to find an online version of the owner's manual. but that is what it said.. Is it telling the truth.. That I do not know. Time will tell
