Antenna and cable are not on the same wire. The on/off button simply works as an A/B switch allowing the signal in each coax cable to be selected.
If you are going to take the wall plate out of the loop and install the VCC you disconnect the coax labeled Antenna and connect it to From Antenna and Disconnect the coax labeled Cable and connect it to From Cable (or just Cable) and you disconnect the coax labeled TV connect this to the To TV 1 or TV 2. You can make the necessary satellite connections and then connect the satellite receivers Out to TV to the From Satellite connection on the VCC.
Now, you may still have a problem as the output to TV from the wall plate is likely sent to all TV's via a splitter somewhere else in the circuit. When you remove the existing wall plate see if you can follow the coax that is connected to the TV port and see if there happens to be a splitter in nearby. If so those feed the other TV's. If not, you would need to see if there is any connection between the other wall plates you mention that send signals to any other TV's. If so then you have your other connections that you can make with the Out to TV2 option from the VCC.
I removed the power supply plate and could not find a splitter anywhere near the opening. Did the same in the BR and no splitter found. I checked the continuity on the line labeled "to 2nd TV" and found that it was positive to BR plate and to Basement plate. Also checked from BR to Basement and it to is positive so they are all connected somewhere. Then I also checked the satellite plates in all three locations and they are all connected.
So I will take the power supply plate out of the loop and connect the cable marked "To ANT" to the "From Ant" on the VCC and the "To Park Cable" to the "From Cable" on The VCC and connect the 12V cable from the lines at the wall plate to the 12V port on the VCC. Then I will disconnect the coax labeled "To 2nd TV" from the power supply plate and connect it to the " To Second TV" on the VCC. At this point I have completely removed all connections from the Power Supply Plate.
Then I will run a coax from the Sat/IN on the other wall plate to the Satellite Receiver and then another from the Receiver to the "From Sat" on the VCC. Then run a coax from "To Main TV" on the VCC to the Antenna Connection on the Main TV. What have I missed? If this is correct I should be able to have sat/cable/ant signals at all three locations. If I am missing something let me hear from you please.
