To be honest, and I am not a CW apologist. But truthfully bikes are not their thing. At best they could only tell you where to order a part, and if you know the bike name, You know that already. So I would send the bike maker a email and see what you can do. They prolly have a customer service dept.
However had it been defective they should replace it. Which brings us to the bike carrier. Why did it break, and was it new?
