If you are talking about a signal strength indication on SWM "signal strength" that is telling you the SWM is functioning and you have a connection to the LNB. SWM is a technology where the SWM LNB feeds an encoded signal via one cable to the box(es). The signal consists of eight discreet channels. Each tuner will take a channel. Therefore an HR 34, or 44, Genie will take five of the channels to feed its five tuners. If just one or a few of the tuners shows a signal issue the box is bad. If all are no signal, then I imagine the problem is at the dish or somewhere in between.
You said it blew over. I agree that it is bent, improperly aimed or something broke outside or inside the LNB. That is assuming the feed wasn't damaged/separated/disconnected and that your dish setting is set to SL3 and SWM.
I have read dish contour is very sensitive and they can be imperceptibly bent and not function. You really need a good meter to help in elimination. An SL3 can either be SWM (one output) or legacy (four outputs). A SWM reading of 90 does indicate a possible communication/connectivity problem to me. It should be 95 plus. I'd take a hard look at the RG6 connections/fittings. They can pull lose.
