I'll just echo what others have already said:
- A laptop will do everything an all-in-one does, and maybe even more. You can safely assume your laptop will have Bluetooth. You'll need to check to make sure your All-In-One desktop does, as an example
- All-In-Ones are typically more expensive than a comparable desktop and perhaps even a laptop
- You will get a larger screen with an All-In-One, but you can add a big screen to a laptop too. Almost all of us business users, with laptops, have a large screen, a separate keyboard and mouse when we are at our desk
- The battery in a laptop will serve as a backup in the event of a power loss. Something you wouldn't have with anything else
- The laptop will certainly come with wireless (WiFi). Double check to make sure the All-In-One does
Like others have said, running serious CAD takes memory and processor. If you're a casual CAD user, then you're probably OK with either.
