We have a couple of Lenovo All-in-Ones and really like them. They have the built in cameras, and use Bluetooth keyboard and mouse if you feel the need for them. They are both touch screen which can be kind of cool if you want to use it. I've always hated typing with a laptop keyboard which is one of the reasons for an All-in-One: full size keyboard when you need it. One of them is a 21" and one is a 23" which is nice for my map planning since I hate using a smaller screen.
However neither would run a CAD program very well, just takes too much horsepower.
