If you don't recognize this as having it don't assume that you actually do. Even if Home Depot was giving it away, you should have been notified in some way that you have it. Delete the email.
The big ID protection company - Lifelock - that spends millions on advertising - was hacked. So much for a protected protection company. Your ID is best kept safe by you not putting personal and financial information out to be found and never opening emails from anyone or company you don't know - and even then be cautious.
