it is almost impossible to delete internet Explorer.. But you can just ignore it (Do not use it)
There are a few things that slow down a Windows machine, (NOTE: I can not comment on an IOS or Lynux or Android machine as I do not know about them)
First is Patch Tuesday.. Imagine if you will a wound, you put on a band aid, it soaks through so you put another atop it, and another and another and a.. Well yo uget the idea... It's going to slow you down hauling all those band-aids right.... Same with your computer runnign Windows when they patch it every week . Layer after layer after.. Well you get the idea, of patches slow it down, No way around it if you want to play safe.
Mal-Ware, assorted types gobble clock cycles and slow it down.... SO...
Anti Mal-Ware programs such as Anti Virus and Firewall programs. Yup they take clock cycles as well.
But they do less harm than the programs they block.
