On 06-04-15 I ordered the tireminder TPMS TM66-6 kit (#74082). As of 06-10-15 it still shows processing. I called customer service and confirmed it was still "processing". The items shows to be in the warehouse and I confirmed they do have the item in the warehouse. I have ordered from CW several times in the past and service was good. From the other posts I've read, it appears your shipping department has dropped to an all time low in quality. As with others I believ I will shop elsewhere in the future. I've already told fellow RV'ers about the poor service and they have made statements about shopping elsewhere too.
What plans, if any, do you have for improving your customer service? I know CW is large but its customers will not stand for much of this.

Chuck, I feel your pain. I ordered a 12 volt pump on 6/1/2015 and single email I rec'd said it was processing. Tried to call customer service (waited and waited. they have some type of system counting up that apparently they think makes the customer think you are going to get to speak to a live person shortly) finally just replied to the only email I rec'd asking "where is my order". They are smart though because they hit my visa card on the day I ordered it. they are making profit off my payment. A reputable company would not hit your visa until the product was "shipped". never again online business with camping world. Amazon.com is correct.
