It's still in business because people, even after reading all the posts here and on other forums (there are others) about bad service, still continue to buy and order from them.
There are those who will buy from them, even if the item can be purchased for less, and returned with little or no problem, simply because that's where they've always gone.
I've found almost anything CW sells can be purchased for less via Amazon and other distributors, many with free shipping (even for items that cost only a few bucks) and a no hassle return policy.
CWis privately owned, and still doing business as if it were the 1980's.
I've seen others post that they don't or refuse to buy from Amazon because they've become a "big box" type outfit. So what!!! If one can buy an item, listed at CW for $350, but get it at Amazon for $275, why wouldn't you.
At least with the govt., you can get rid of the fluff and whomever every 4 years. CW is what it is, and as long as people support it, will continue to do "business as usual"
