Antenna Choices
Any recommendations for antennas for the travel travel. I have a good stand with clamp and am looking for choices that give me a wide range of frequencies to transmit on.

I do most of my camping in the mountains with lots of trees around. The trees make a good support for a trap inverted V (80, 40, 20). I use a sling-shot with a fishing sinker tied to a fairly heavy fishing line and shoot it over a tree branch. Then I tie the end with the sinker on it to the center of inverted V and hoist it up with the other end of the fishing line. Just pull the ends out to make an inverted V. It works for me.
