I also had a UMX from ST but had issues with the unit and it finally quit altogether. It never did hold a charge. Recently bought a Verizon jetpack and am happier with that. ST only gives you GB in two-month increments, e.g., 5GB for $50 over two months, which is only 2.5 GB/month. Not much. You don't pay that much more for Verizon. I got 4 GB/month for $50 (plus, of course, the usual Verizon add-on charges).
