This device is being pushed on the Woot website. Woot's owned by Amazon as most know. How does it work? NEVER PAY FOR CABLE AGAIN

One of the most bold faced scams I have seen. It will probably receive the local OTA channels( and that might be debatable since they make many false claims). It will not get "all your favorites" unless your favorites are OTA. It will not receive cable channels such as TCM, CNN, FOXNEWS, History, Nat Geo and many others. The disclaimer at the bottom that this is an advertisement should be the clue to run away. FAST
