Anybody have an Android phone and Windows 8.1 computer?

So I got a new computer, and it came with 8.1. I go to connect up my phone, to back up my photos on google drive (google app doesn't let me do that straight from phone). But, lo! Windows takes ...

I have not seen a similar issue. The phone should install drivers when you connect and it should all work seamlessly. Are you seeing the software for your phone installed?
