Lol Bill.....I said my WIFE'S apple stuff. I'm an Android guy, that's why I'm so frustrated with the Apple. I can charge my S5 with any old mini-USB cable. Evidently Apple puts some kind of chip in the charging cable that the Ios needs to sense before the cable will work.
