After replacing many PC's over the years with another PC, (overheating, freezing up, virus fears) I went to the dark side 3 years ago and got a good deal on a model closeout Mac from a Mac store.
There was a learning curve I admit. I was pretty good at the PC OS but Mac is a different duck.
But in three years, it has never frozen up.....never overheated and no virus...(never had a virus in my PCs either so thats a wash).
I did partition the HD and installed Windows 7 on it because I still had a lot of PC programs invested in. But I have found that I get free Mac programs that do virtually the same things. Except for my Flight Simulator program :)
No regrets, I'll never PC again if this Mac ever gives up the ghost.
