Todays AT&T Horror show......As you read above, called AT&T yesterday and they went through the whole signup process only to tell me they didn't have an Mobleys in stock. They said find one and call us back to activate.
So I found one at a Best Buy 30 miles away and ordered it. Came in this morning....
Called AT&T....After nearly an hour and three different folks, they got disconnected! None of them had a clue. The instructions that came with the Mobley said I could activate on line and gave me a web address. Nope, web address just sent me to the main AT&T site.
So I called AT&T back and got another fellow that I was on the phone for 27.5 minutes and at the end he said I needed to go to a store to get the SIM card activated. Couldn't do it over the phone.
So I jump in the car and go to two AT&T stores. Both closed due to a 2" snow storm the weather folks totally blew the forecast!
So tomorrow at 10AM I made an online appointment to go to the AT&T store and see if I can get this resolved.
Everyone I spoke to at AT&T had no idea about this plan. Not a clue.
I'm amazed so many of you has such an easy time of activating your Mobley....
