The only people at AT&T to talk to are at (866) 595-1222. If you get a dummy, ask for a supervisor. These folks have been wonderful to deal with.

Yup it appear you have to be an existing AT&T customer to get a free (with 2 year commitment) Mobley. Oh well $99 is cheap enough given the service you aare getting.
