WackAway....are you a previous AT&T customer? I don't understand how some folks have such an easy time and others it's a horror show.

Mine was activated yesterday and today I got an email that my account is on line. But for the life of me I can
T access it. I realized they spelt my name wrong but even using this spelling I can access my account.
