Rbertalotto - Yes, I am an existing customer. I tried to get a Mobely from the ATT website when I first saw this thread about a month ago. It was a nightmare then.
In getting your Mobley up and running. You'll need to turn the ignition on, insert it in the port and wait for both green lights to come on (hard to see). Once they're on, search for the "Mobley-XXX-XXXX" Wifi access point. Select it, and then enter the Wifi password that is found on the side of the Mobley unit itself. My password was also on a little piece of paper packed with the unit. The "attadmin" password is for the Mobely settings webpage once you're connected, not for connecting Wifi to it. Don't get the two confused.
If you don't see the green lights or the Wifi access point call ATT Tech Support.
