AT&T Unlimited LTE Hotspot $20 without AT&T phones

I was just at AT&T couple days ago wanting to update/change my current Hot Spot plan. Won't go into all of it, but walked out with lower data plan (6Gig) with just a $30 saving over-all.
FROM all I've read so far, this is too good to pass up.
Heading to BB tomorrow morning to check it out. Web site says they have 3 on-hand.
I've printed out info from here so I might even be able to talk sense the Geek Squad will understand.
