The Geek Squad will not be able to help you with the Mobley if you want this $20/month unlimited plan. There is a plan which is 1GB for $20/month and with a 2 year contract the Mobley is free. However, that's not the same. I read somewhere that at least 1 person was able to do this and then call and have the plan changed but I think that approach is risky other than BB having a 14 day return policy.
The plan you want cannot be activated by BB and you will need to pay them the $99 for the device. You then call the number listed above several times and talk to the folks at the Connected Car division (direct phone number).
