The plan you want cannot be activated by BB and you will need to pay them the $99 for the device. You then call the number listed above several times and talk to the folks at the Connected Car division (direct phone number).
I had my recent one activated at best buy, I watched her do it, I believe it was the last plan on the drop down list out of 6 or so plans for the mobley
On the other forum someone mentions the plan code is "UNLOBDCAR"
Not sure if that is correct as I only seen for a brief time but looks correct.
