Here's the thing.......Best Buy cannot activate your Mobley on this plan. They CAN (with a 2 year contract) activate the Mobley on the 1GB (2GB?)/month plan for $20. Some have reported that after this is done they called AT&T and had it changed over to the unlimited plan. I would not be willing to take that chance after agreeing to a 2 year contract for something substantially less. If you are calling the xxx-xxx-1222 number (sorry, not going back to look it up) then there IS someone there that understands the plan OR is willing to do a bit of research to find the correct plan.
Keep in mind that I knew NOTHING and that I am NOT an AT&T customer. I just bought it, called and I am now online with it. I was just stubborn while talking to my rep. that the plan existed and I needed their help in finding it.
I said not all of them follow the policy, also yes you can activate it at best buy without 2 year contract, I have and so have many others. You just have to insist the look and try, when they bring it up on the computer at best buy its the very last plan listed.
