After reading all the earlier comments I ordered a Mobley from Best Buy online. My Mobley came this afternoon. What an absolutely horrible experience trying to get it activated. Yes, I called the connected car line. Over multiple calls I have spent about 5 hours on the phone (4 different agents and two supervisors)and one trip to the ATT store. Still not activated.
Finally told them to just cancel everything. If I can't return the Mobley I'll just chalk it up to experience.
Worst experience ever.
