If you have read all the earlier comments you should have known that it might not be easy to get the plan activated. You are going to give up on the deal of the century because you don't like the problems you encountered when so many have reported multiple problems?
If you have the Mobley then you only need to call the xxx-xxx-1222 number and speak with the Connected Car folks but please feel that I am trying to diminish the issues you have had. I can't say I am sorry as I have nothing to do with it but if you need a bit of encouragement to give it another try it might be worth the effort.
