Best buy was no help, AT&T rep said he could not activate
Told me to use the Wi-Fi manager, I ended up calling car connect while sitting at the mobile activation kiosk in best buy
A nice guy named Ron, was very helpful after I explained my troubles

No problem getting the $20 unlimited plan, it was the second thing on his list
The 1 gig plan was first
Anyway it seems to be working, I using it for this post, now to go finish our shopping errands
