Glad I didn't try that webpage
I stayed on the phone, told him I wanted to go ahead and get this done now

I had to go thru the new account process, which made things a little shower
Phone time was about 35 minutes
And there was a one time $45 activation fee to be on the first bill
Tried to get it waived, but did not complain too much

I was just happy to get it activated and going
