Just an FYI for those who first get a Mobley, in my Jeep the OSBII remains powered on even with the key off so be careful about leaving it in the car while you are waiting for an external power supply. You may end up with a dead battery!
The one limitation of the Mobley is that you can only connect 5 devices simultaneously compared to the newer ones that allow 10. It also cannot handle the most current speed aggregation technology but it is still plenty fast and it 4G LTE. For me, neither of these "limitations" was a reason not to own one.
