Try going to a BestBuy. I bought mine online from BestBuy and went to the store to activate. The rep did have a bit of difficulty locating the plan but all in all I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I also did not previously have any type of account w/ ATT. I was worried given all of the issues I've seen folks have getting it activated but ended up having a painless process.
What is the activate fee at Best Buy?????
$25. She said I could only get it waived if I set up my acct at ATT store. From all the troubles I've read from folks having setup issues at the ATT store I consider it a convenience fee for my set up going so smooth.
