They insist I need to upgrade my phones to Unlimited before I can add the Mobley unlimited. So higher phone charge plus the $20 Mobley. Then they wanted me to bring my car in to verify it at an AT&T store.
I finally gave up but was warmed by the fact that they appreciate me as a customer and were glad they could assist me today!!!

Need to talk to connected car deptartment, if they don't know about the plan and seem confused tell them I am hanging up and calling right back, don't waste your time with someone that doesn't know, a few calls and you will get one that does.
The chat people can't add the plan, only connected car dept or in store or best buy.
