Just an FYI for those who first get a Mobley, in my Jeep the OSBII remains powered on even with the key off so be careful about leaving it in the car while you are waiting for an external power supply. You may end up with a dead battery!
The one limitation of the Mobley is that you can only connect 5 devices simultaneously compared to the newer ones that allow 10. It also cannot handle the most current speed aggregation technology but it is still plenty fast and it 4G LTE. For me, neither of these "limitations" was a reason not to own one.
A router is an easy way to get past the 5 limitation mark and add Ethernet ports if needed.
I have my cradle point setup so when we get home and it sees the mobley it automatically connects to it and provides my entire home with internet including a desktop through the cradle point.
This is true. I am not a fan for 2 reasons. 1) The $300 cost of a Cradlepoint router and 2) the loss of speed created when going wifi to wifi to connection vs. a straight hop.
I have an old cradlepoint I got for $50 on eBay, but on the other forum they USB tether to much cheaper routers that is probably better now since it's a direct connection. If we didn't already have the cradle point we would probably buy a cheap ASUS router

My speeds seem the same, I am getting over 20 down and 29ms ping through my cradle point.
