Need to talk to connected car deptartment, if they don't know about the plan and seem confused tell them I am hanging up and calling right back, don't waste your time with someone that doesn't know, a few calls and you will get one that does.
The chat people can't add the plan, only connected car dept or in store or best buy.
I was transferred to the connected car department when I called AT&T and they said we can hook you right up. What is the number from your Mobley. I explained I needed them to sell me a Mobley and he said he can't do that, go to Best Buy and get one. I asked if I was talking to AT&T and he said Yes, AT&T Customer Car, Connected Car Dept.
As I said, entertaining.

Oh I thought you already had one, ya need to order one from att or pick up at store first. I don't beleive the connected car dept does sales as most of the customers they deal with already have their equipment(the car)
