AT&T Unlimited LTE Hotspot $20 without AT&T phones

Not sure what you're talking about. As other AT&T customers have done I had to add it to my existing 15 gig plan and then, once it shows up as an added device, I was told to switch it to the $20 plan and drop it as an extra line on my current plan.
