That's where the problems either occur or not. Obviously, someone cannot "try other towers". The tower they use depends upon the location the device is being used. You can select different locations for the speed test but this will not effect the actual speeds you experience. Rarely does this change the results shown on the speed test results but can show somewhat shorter ping times.
