4. Call 866-595-1222 the Car Connect #. Told them that I had not received the Mobley yet but before I activated it I wanted to be sure that I could get the $20.00 unlimited plan. No problem. He changed me to the correct plan. About 15 minutes
Waiting for the Mobley to arrive later today and to see if I have any problem activating it.

UPDATE:
5. Received the unit. Plugged it in. It was already activated. Made a DIY 110 volt adapter per instruction in other postings. Drove a few hours to the RV parked on the lake. Set the time to constant on.
6. Unhappy with the speed. I only have 1 to 2 bars on my ATT phone. I am in TN but the connection GA
Wow that is bad, I have never seen a ping/latency that high on anything outside of when I had satellite.
