Absolutely! All I need to do is sign up for the Mobley, add it to my current plan, and then when I get the device (or I see it added to my account online) I call the Car Connect people and it will be dropped from my phone plan and be added to the $20 unlimited. No big deal at all. Others here have successfully done that.
My problem is that the AT&T e-commerce people got involved because I have had the same two lines forever, we just upgrade devices every few years (sooner if I drop it in the water:S). Since it has been so long since I have added a line they want to see me in a store to prove I'm me. Monday I will try to speak with someone from sales and get it straightened out.
