Plus if you read the fine print on the Unlimited plan you will see the hotspot drops to 128Kbs after 10Meg. You may be better just bumping your 5 gig plan if you are really going to go over but don't need Unlimited.
BTW, I hit the same $65 quote for the Mobley because the guy I spoke to said it required Unlimited plus the $20. When I call Monday I am just going to see if I can have them add the Mobley to my existing 15 gig account and then after I get it move it off to the $20 Car Connection Unlimited special.
