I tested the signal strength at ATT web page. It is from -90dBm to -103dBm. If I remember correct for every 3 db the signal strength doubles. So I am getting the equivalency of from 1 to 5 bars. Most of the time the signal is in the low -90 which I am calling 1 bar. This weekend I will be in Nashville and will see what strength and speed I get in the "city"
UPDATED: I now remember that a LOW number is better. Thus -90 is a stronger signal that -100
