The Mobley is 30 feet away from the PC. I am getting the full 5 bars. I even get 5 bars at the other end of the house in the basement. I will move it within 10 feet and see if the download speed improves.

the 5 bars in the manager is the cell signal from the tower
the mobely is designed for in car use, so it is NOT a high power router, like you might buy for the stick house
there are (2) signals to be considered, tower signal, and wifi signal
mine is in the overhead cabinet, about 6ft from the PC
Would a
Wi-Fi Range Extender work to improve your coverage? I have one connected to my PC router and I get a stronger signal at a greater distance.
