AT&T Unlimited LTE Hotspot $20 without AT&T phones

Mike, I have had that problem with Best Buy on a number of occasions, both on their website and on Ebay. It's a glitch in their system. It also has something to to with Ebay's site and how you're registered compared to the info for your credit card. I overcame the Ebay issue by setting up another account and making sure I use my name exactly as it is on my credit card and using the address, email address and phone number registered for my credit card. It all worked then. Chuck
