It also has something to to with Ebay's site and how you're registered compared to the info for your credit card. I overcame the Ebay issue by setting up another account and making sure I use my name exactly as it is on my credit card and using the address, email address and phone number registered for my credit card. I got tired of trying to get one on my existing AT&T account so I went online to BestBuy.com yesterday morning. It was odd because using my laptop I could not Add To Cart, it wanted to Add To Plan, and nothing would happen when I clicked it. I had searched on my phone earlier and seen the Add To Cart button. I went back to my phone and ordered it from there with no issues. The tracking # says it'll be here tomorrow, which is 3 days earlier than expected.
